This story appeared in Blurred Visions #1, published in 2006. I strongly recommend you pick this book up as it has tons of great art from a wide variety of insanely talented cartoonists. This story is an attempt to meld traditional teen melodrama with monsters, Japanese TV show heroes, and other visual elements that are a lot more fun to draw. The story was drawn on a variety of different scraps of paper and then entirely composited in Photoshop, the first time that I have worked in such a method. I hope you enjoy it.
